FDM Group is an International IT services provider with three business units: IT Staffing, IT Professional Services, and IT Training.

Head-quartered in Brighton, and with offices in the US, Germany and Luxembourg, we provide IT services across five business sectors: financial services; systems integrators and software houses; telecommunications and broadband; media; and the public sector and have over 100 clients.

As well as supplying freelance IT contractors to our clients, at FDM Group we train, certify and place our own employed consultants (known as "Mounties"). This differentiates us from the majority of our competitors in the IT staffing market who rely on a shared database of IT freelance contractors.

FDM Group’s proven management team has delivered profits growth each year for the past three years, at a time when the IT staffing industry as a whole has been in a downturn. The Mounties have been key to this growth as companies have discovered this innovative and cost effective solution to the IT skills shortage.

FDM Group listed on the AiM market of the London Stock Exchange on 7th April 2005.
