Our client is currently looking to hire a Network Engineer to join our team in Frankfurt. The role offers the enviable opportunity to join a leading, global company working with some of the world's largest organisations. Manager of Pricing Team w/m
Job Description:
To provide pricing and quotation support and act as the initial point of contact for all Arcstar services, specifically:-
Respond to the daily Quotation Tool (QT) requests for access line pricing from other Communications affiliates
Provide pricing for the Arcstar services (Frame Relay; ATM; IP VPN & Bandwidth services) in response to A-end sales team requests
Issue formal requests for port/link discounts - Com on behalf of A-end sales teams
Record access line carrier requests in a central server
Check and confirm pricing requests, and update the price authorisation discount files
Escalate any non-standard pricing or service requests to the Product Management Department for resolution.
Co-work, co-operate with and mutually support other Pricing Team members in Branches as part of a proactive virtual team
Same responsibilities apply to supporting projects in other divisions of the business
English and German skills to business level
